Fight Fest Returns to Sames Auto Arena August 30 with Action-Packed Boxing Lineup

Triple A Promotions is bringing the heat back to the ring with Fight Fest 2025, an electrifying night of boxing on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at the Sames Auto Arena.

Headlining the card is Laredo’s own Jorge Castaneda (18-4), former WBC Silver International Champion, as he sets his sights on reclaiming a spot in the global rankings. Castaneda will face a formidable challenge in Gisu Lee (12-5), a tough and technical southpaw from South Korea now fighting out of Toronto, Canada. With both fighters bringing relentless styles and high stakes, fans can expect fireworks when the bell rings.

In the co-main event, local standout Jorge Ramos steps into the ring against Manuel Lerma, a proven warrior representing the Rio Grande Valley. This matchup promises heavy exchanges and hometown pride on the line.

The undercard will showcase a stacked lineup of rising talent, including Jesus Maldonado, Jaime Guevara, Octavio Pulido, Mario Ramirez, Juanito Mata, Bernardo Lugo and Jose Guevara.

Adding even more excitement, the event will feature a women’s showdown as fan-favorite Jennifer “La Terkita” Ruiz enters the ring.
